Delegate Fee / Payments

All delegate fee/payments are subject to the following conditions:-

  • When you log in with your unique password. Normally deligate free is required in advance. (i.e. Before registration of the respective festival).
  • All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. Open Frame reserves the right to change the fees at any time.
  • Your payment will normally reach the Open Frame’s account to which you are making a payment
  • Your payment will normally reach the Open Frame’s account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
  • We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct Open Frame’s account due to quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details by you. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
  • If the card supplier declines payment Open Frame is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
  • In no event will the Open Frame be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy:

If the users discontinue from the website before completing their programme, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of Delegate Fees.

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the website Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require the Institute to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

Cancellation Policy:

No Payment Cancellation is permitted. Any disputes in regards to payments/ refund of transaction(s) due to technical reasons are subject to arbitration / resolution on a case to case basis.

Registration

This society is to be registered as a non-political non-profit making voluntary cultural organization under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.

Membership

  • Anyone interested in the art of film and has completed 18 years of age can become a member of this There are two types of membership namely permanent membership and annual membership.
  • Subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, those who apply for membership in a specified application form with an admission fee of Rs 10/- and an annual subscription of Rs 200/- shall be eligible for ordinary membership(The admission fee and subscriptions can be revised when the society finds it necessary for its smooth functioning in future).Members can participate in exhibitions and programmes organized by the
  • Application in specified form submitted to the President will be scrutinized by the executive committee before approving membership. The right to accept or reject applications shall be vested in the executive committee. The executive committee shall have power to dismiss a member for working against the aims and objectives of the society or for misusing the society to promote individual self
  • Those individuals who pay Rs 3000/ at the beginning of the society to meet expenses such as purchasing exhibiting equipment and who work actively to achieve the aims and objectives of the society shall be permanent
  • Though there is no limit to number of members, taking into consideration lack of exhibition halls, it may be limited to100/150.The executive committee can admit more members to the society on occasions deemed rational and
